Water and Sewage

You are allowed to flush toilet paper, dishwater, water from washing machines, shower water with soap and shampoo residues.

The following items should not be flushed down the drain:

• gasoline, acetone, acids

• cooking fat and other oils

• strong cleaning agents

• toxins

• medications

• paint

• cotton swaps, sanitary napkins, tampons, washcloths

• other objects that can cause blockages
